Maria + James / Annapolis Wedding

Sometimes I can’t explain what a wonderful experience it has been.

How amazing it is that I have been asked to share such a personal, intimate day with my couples and their families. How we have become friends, not just people who work with each other.

I can’t explain it.

Because it would be impossible to share everything. To tell you about dad tearing up, or grandpa clapping his hands with joy at the sight of his granddaughter’s first dance.

Sometimes its better left to someone else. But I’ll do my best to show you how wonderful it was to spend my day with Maria and James.

What you shared about being witness and recorder of these moments as a wedding photographer was so poignant. As a midwife (in training), I relate to that beautiful privilege we are afforded in being a part of such rich times in people’s lives as they become something even greater than themselves. It is noble work you do. My gratitude and admiration.
